Discipleship is the training up of a whole person complete in Christ lacking nothing that blocks the maturation of his or her faith unto full spiritual maturity; and it takes quality time.  This is where more laborers are needed.  Take Me to the Water and through the Fire is a discipleship journey for every new convert  under the instruction of a mature Christian for your Evangel Clubs, Bible Clubs, and Discipleship Clubs.  It's not enough to win souls.  The Church must keep the won souls inside the sheepfold.
